Introducing the engine-driven welder generator, the perfect solution for on-site welding and power generation needs. Engine-driven welding machines connect fuel engines with generators to provide power for rod welding, TIG, MIG, and flux-cored welding. Engine-driven welders are usually transported by trucks or trailers for outdoor use. The electric power generated by the welding generator powers fans, pumps, air compressors, or other electric tools commonly found on the job site.
With a rated voltage of 230V and a rated power of 8 kW, this generator delivers reliable performance for your welding and power needs. The powerful SZ192 engine provides a maximum power of 8.5 kW, making it ideal for a variety of welding applications.
The air-cooled system and OHV air valve ensure efficient cooling, while the CID ignition system ensures easy starting. The 459 ml displacement and 26L fuel tank capacity provide long run time between refills, allowing you to focus on the job at hand.
Built to meet the demands of heavy-duty welding and power generation, this generator is designed with a rugged frame and sturdy wheels, making it easy to transport from one job site to another. It also features a convenient control panel that provides easy access to all essential functions, including voltage and amperage control, and engine speed adjustment.
An engine-driven welder generator is a versatile tool that is designed in the factory to meet the demands of industrial-grade welding and power generation. With its rugged frame and heavy-duty construction, it can handle even the toughest job sites, making it a reliable choice for contractors, factory workers, and other professionals who need on-site power and welding capabilities.
Whether you're welding, grinding, or running power tools, this engine-driven welder generator is a must-have for anyone who needs a reliable source of power and welding capability in a single, compact package.

A 90-amp welder should use about 3,000 watts. Keeping in mind that volts are similar to pressure and watts are similar to rate, a 90-amp welder should generate 25 amps of current at approximately 120-volt output.
Using incompatible generators with your welder can cause huge problems and can even be dangerous. You can certainly run a stick welder on a generator, but you will need to make sure that the stick welder and generator are compatible with each other. The conditions have to be perfect in order for it to be used safely.
The welder generator is an independent single-operator motor-generator set consisting of a reverse-series winding DC generator driven. The magnetic field generated by the series winding is opposite to the magnetic field of the parallel winding. As the net flux decreases, the generator voltage decreases.
The differential composite generator is used for arc welding. AC and DC voltage sources can be used to generate an arc, but a stable DC voltage arc will be generated. This type of DC generators are generally more expensive than self-excited DC generators because they require a separate excitation source.
